NATCO Group Inc. is a leading provider of wellhead process equipment, systems and services used in the production of oil and gas. NATCO Group has over 40 sites running an ERP software package. NATCO Group chose Vision Business Solutions (VBS) to help upgrade and implement the latest version of their ERP software for the IBM i-Series platform.

Carl Sackett, Director of IT, said, “We chose VBS because their team had many years of experience working with engineer-to-order manufacturing software, and we were very pleased with their response. More than anything else, our company was struggling with an understanding of how we could use our ERP software to our advantage.”   

VBS upgraded NATCO's ERP software and provided oversight for all US and Canada implementations. Sackett continued, “VBS provided a great deal of education to NATCO. For example, we never used Scheduling or Datacap before. We now have two implementations under our belt, one scheduled this summer, one planned for 4th quarter of this year, and at least three more planned for next year.”

NATCO Group receives application support from VBS. Carl Sackett believes, “VBS is an authority on order-driven software and uses best practices from an ERP implementation standpoint. VBS understands processes for  ETO, MTO, and BTO type environment.”
